3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All products listed on https://daaraa.in are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product colours, measurements and descriptions accurately, however actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and fabric dye lots.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.
  • Promotional offers are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service at our discretion.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
  • There is an error in the listed price or product description.
  • The delivery address is outside our serviceable area.
  • The payment is declined, flagged, or suspected to be fraudulent.
  • We are unable to verify the contact details provided.

Where an accepted order is cancelled by us, any amount already paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

5. Payments

We accept payments through secure, RBI-authorised third-party payment gateways. Depending on availability, the following methods may be supported:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
  • UPI and net banking
  • Supported wallets and selected pay-later / EMI options
  • Cash on Delivery, where offered for the delivery pincode

All card and banking details are collected and processed directly by the payment gateway over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card number, CVV or banking passwords on our servers. If a payment is debited but your order is not confirmed, the amount is normally reversed by the bank or gateway within 7 to 12 working days; please contact us if it is not.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its network of reputed couriers. Delivery timelines, charges and serviceability are described in detail in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  • Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination pincode.
  • A tracking number is shared by email or SMS once the shipment is handed over to the courier.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, public holidays or other events beyond our control.

7. Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds

Our process is set out in full in the Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary:

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with the item unused and all tags intact.
  • Where the size or colour is not right, the resolution is an exchange. The first exchange on an order is free.
  • Where an exchange cannot be fulfilled, the full amount paid is issued as store credit to your Daaraa account, valid for 12 months. Store credit is issued by us only — it cannot be purchased, loaded, transferred to another account, or withdrawn as cash.
  • Where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where we cancel the order ourselves, you may choose a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 12 working days of the returned item being received and quality-checked.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Daaraa name and logo, product photography, graphics, text, page layouts and software — is the property of Trybinc Network or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
